Terms of use
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These are the terms for the AI audit on this site. By taking the audit, entering your email, or buying the roadmap, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose — no boilerplate that hides what actually happens.
1. Who you're dealing with
This site is run by Chanikul Dechpholkrang, a UK-based AI consultant in Plymouth, Devon (“Chanikul”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at chanikul@googlemail.com. How we handle your data is set out separately in our privacy notice.
2. What the audit is
The audit asks you a short set of questions about your business and returns a verdict — an estimate of where manual work may be costing you and which workflows could benefit from AI. The verdict is free. You can optionally buy a fuller implementation roadmap for a one-off fee (currently £47), which adds a step-by-step plan, named tools, and ready-to-use prompts.
The figures the audit produces — including any pounds-saved or hours-saved estimate — are illustrative projections based on the answers you give and typical patterns we see. They are not a promise, quote, valuation, or guarantee of any particular result.
3. It's guidance, not professional advice
The audit and roadmap are general business guidance produced with the help of an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You should review and sanity-check anything it produces before you act on it.
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Any decision you make based on the audit is your own, and you are responsible for it.
4. Payment, the roadmap, and refunds
- Price. The roadmap is a one-off payment, shown to you before you pay. We may change the price in future, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We never see or store your card details.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If the roadmap isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops.
- Your right to cancel. Because the roadmap is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that we can start delivering it as soon as you pay, and that this can end the statutory 14-day cancellation right that normally applies to digital purchases. Our 30-day guarantee above is more generous than that right in any case.
5. Emails and texts you may receive
If you give us your email — and, where asked, your phone number — and tick the consent box, we'll send you your verdict plus a short series of follow-up messages with related tips and offers, by email and sometimes SMS.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to any texts, depending on your mobile plan.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us. Reply HELP to a text for help.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties that handle it are the suppliers who deliver the messages for us, listed in our privacy notice.
6. Fair use of the site
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- enter information you know to be false or someone else's;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to break someone else's rights;
- try to scrape, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or rebuild the audit or roadmap as a competing product;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
We can suspend or remove access if the site is being misused.
7. Who owns what
The audit tool, its scoring, the site, and the wording around it belong to us. The verdict and roadmap we generate for you are yours to use freely inside your own business — keep them, act on them, share them with your team or your own advisers. You just can't resell or republish them as a product of your own.
8. No warranties
The site and the audit are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the estimates will be right for your specific situation.
9. Our liability
We don't exclude or limit anything that the law won't let us — that includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and as far as the law allows: we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the audit or any decision you make based on it. Our total liability to you in connection with the audit and roadmap is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the free verdict, is nil).
10. Links to other sites
The audit may name or link to third-party tools. We're not responsible for those sites or products — their own terms and privacy policies apply, and naming a tool isn't a guarantee it will suit you.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. The version in place when you take the audit or make a purchase is the one that applies to it. This is the first published version (1 June 2026).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Contact
Any question about these terms, the roadmap, or a refund — email chanikul@googlemail.com. We'll get back to you.
